“My mum and I decided to try out the 4-course dinner cruise with Bateaux Mouches and we absolutely loved it. The service was exceptional and the whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Of special mention, Muhammed or "Momo" who served us dinner made our evening more memorable, very well.mannered, professional and very hard working (clears 3 to 4 tables in "one swoop"). “This was well worth it, the boat ride was great and the food was much better than expected. Definitely order the fish it was fantastic and very tasty. Wine was good and the deserts were great. The only thing is that it was suppose to be a dinner cruise to see the lights of Paris and we never saw them. The dinner cruise started to early and it was still daylight so we could not see them.”

Right at arrival, we were told that choosing a window table would cost an extra €20, which we found absolutely unacceptable. Nowhere on their website is it mentioned that window tables require an additional payment. This felt misleading and unfair.
