“November 9,2025 I attended a French macaron baking class at Le Foodist. Stephane was the instructor and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable and entertaining. I learned new techniques to help make fail safe macarons which I am very excited to try once I return home. The class consisted of 6 participants. We got paired up and then we each made a different flavour of macaron. Stephane was great at showing us each step along the way and sharing many tips and tricks. “Best class ever! I have taken a few cooking classes while traveling and this was well organized, informative, and fun. The teacher was able to explain and help my kiddo with some of the steps/techniques, but she did it in a way that my kiddo didn't realize she was being helped which made a world of difference.
