Versailles was about as minimal a walk through of both palace and gardens as could be. So, if time is short, this is a good option. If you really want to take your time and perhaps get more in depth access to Versailles especially, consider a booking that includes more of the private areas.”

“Book this trip and ask for Sam! This was much more than a guided trip. We left early and got to Utah Beach and the fantastic museum well before lunch. On the way our guide Sam (a professor) gave a thorough talk about the origins of WWI and WWII to ground us in why the wars happened and the necessity for the Allied attack at Normandy. The museum was a great resource filled with detailed information and Allied and German uniforms and artifacts up to a B-26 bomber!
