After that we made our own perfumes, and then we went down the stairs to the shop where our guide taught us how to identify different categories of perfume "citrus, floral, and Oriental". It was amazing and our guide was very knowledgeable. She was also enthusiastic and very good at taking and answering questions. I would highly recommend this activity to anyone coming to Pairs.”

“November 9,2025 I attended a French macaron baking class at Le Foodist. Stephane was the instructor and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable and entertaining. I learned new techniques to help make fail safe macarons which I am very excited to try once I return home. The class consisted of 6 participants. We got paired up and then we each made a different flavour of macaron. Stephane was great at showing us each step along the way and sharing many tips and tricks.
