Sometimes I would stop listening during the Spanish part and I didn't realize she switched to English, and I'd miss some comments. At each destination, the guide would give instructions on the bus (when to meet after and where). Then she would take us on a walk describing certain details of the area. “Mont St Michel was very impressive, but their tour information for tourists was poor. I had a problem with the shuttle bus system because there was no map showing the shuttle stop. Although my tour guide advised us to take a shuttle, the first comer speaking English to the area couldn’t get the reality on poor signs on the street. On the way to the parking lot, we met some French people, but no one can point where is the parking lot for bus. The worst thing was I couldn’t find my luggage in my bus. “Horrible experience! The tour guide who accompanied us in the van was inexpeirenced, read from an iphone and was just beginning. The owner who met us at each site was extremely knowledgable &informative but only spent 30 - 45 minutes with us at each venue...he didn't accompany us in the van during 2 days travelling . VIATOR was unresponsive to our inquires prior to the trip. They requested we speak to the sub-contractor for all inquiries.”
