Since the tour was full (50 or so people) and the Monet garden was packed, it may have been nice to have two guides to help with navigating the gardens since some people had to work their way back to the group in the crowd”

“The trip was overpriced. We were given audio guides but without WiFi on the bus, none of us could access the information. Basically, we were paying for transportation to Giverny. The guide was very nice but it wasn’t her job to do commentary.”

“line is very long at Versailles. sometimes hours long to get in. Also having a knowledgeable tour guide was a big advantage. If you are coming to see the fountains in the garden make sure you are visiting on the weekend”

Lovely to see artwork in person. He was very knowledgeable, personable and kept us on pace. We were saddened to not see the Eiffel Tower up any closer or the Seine, however with the Olympic restrictions it was understandable. We enjoyed the chocolate mousse and boulangerie. “If I could give this company a zero I would. I confirmed my pick up time days before, texted them first thing at 0800 when they were supposed to pick us up. Texted again when they were 15 minutes late. After waiting 30 minutes we went back to our room. We didn’t let it ruin our vacation or day but it really pisses me off that they couldn’t even return my text or call. Very unprofessional company.”
