“We had a driver and a guide. The driver was late and did not have water. We finally got water at end of tour. Bring your own water. Our guide was Chris who was very nice. Only problem she had a very bad sound system for the van. There were 4 people of the tour. The people closest to guide could hear if sound system was not to loud. In the back we could not hear the guide. Out of van we could hear Chris and got a lot of information. The tour was ok but guide needs to invest in better sound system.”

“Diego, our guide, was awesome. He picked us up on time at the airport, and had a 5 hour tour planned. When he found out our son was a huge Paris Saint-Germaine soccer fan, he took us by their stadium. Diego saw some local kids wearing a team scarf, so he asked them about it. It happened to be the day that supporters could sign up for the fan club emails, look inside the stadium, get a free scarf and buy t-shirts. “Tour guide is very informative, accommodating, and helpful. My sister’s husband is in a wheelchair, but everything seemed to be easy for all of us to go around the Louvre Museum. She made sure that my sister’s husband was accommodated from the lifts to any type of access of the tour. She took us around Paris areas that are incredibly amazing from the side of the cites, old churches, to the city, and to different great architectural sites. She is funny too. She made restaurants recommendations for us to go directly for dinner. We had a great time! We recommend Dianne for a job well done!”
